The Challenge

Circle Coaching was a newly launched life coaching business founded by my client Heidi, a counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting teens and young adults in school settings. While she brought deep expertise in mental health and guidance counseling, she needed support translating that experience into a compelling brand presence that could build trust, communicate her value, and attract new clients in a highly competitive market.

The Solution

I guided the project from brand strategy through website launch, helping define Circle Coaching’s core positioning, values, and audience appeal. Through collaborative discovery sessions, I developed the visual identity system, including the logo design, typography, color palette, and supporting brand assets, while educating the client on the psychology behind effective branding and user experience. I also conducted competitor research and created UX/UI wireframes to shape a website focused on clarity, accessibility, and trust-driven communication.

The Result

The completed brand and website gave Circle Coaching a polished and professional launch presence that clearly communicated Heidi’s expertise and approach. Within the first week of launch, the website generated its first prospective client inquiry. Six months later, the business had already secured multiple clients, with growing word-of-mouth referrals among parents seeking coaching and counseling support for teens and young adults.
